Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our staff at both Elim Wellspring in Princeton, MN & Milaca Elim Meadows in Milaca, MN. Both are senior care campuses. We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a $5,000 bonus paid out over 1 year or tuition reimbursement . New grads are welcome to apply!
40 hours a week, Monday through Friday! You will split time overseeing care between these 2 senior care campuses that are only 14 miles apart (We pay for Mileage!).
Pay Range : $40 - $50 / hour depending on experience
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License.
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
- Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
