Your Impact
As the Assistant Director of Health Services, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care. You'll support the Director of Health Services, overseeing clinical operations, mentoring nursing staff, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Schedule:
4 Days a week, 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM, No weekends, No holidays. May need to work the floor if needed.
Position Requirements:
- Active and Unrestricted MN RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to supervise and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff
- Valid Driver's License
- Familiar with general nursing and geriatric nursing practices
