What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Cassia?
Fargo Elim is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time entry-level Dietary Aides! No senior care experience is necessary. We'll train you for this position where you will gain valuable skills. We would love for you to join our team today! Great job for students or those looking for extra income.
There are Full-Time and Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend and some holidays.
Full-Time Hours: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
Part-Time Hours: 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
What does a Dietary Aide do?
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
What does a Dietary Aide require?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Basic math skills.
