Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cleans food service areas and equipment.
- Washes dishes and maintains cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Sweeps floors and keeps storerooms clean and organized.
- Assists in tray assembly and foods.
- Helps the cook with food preparation tasks, documents information on charts as required, and assists with grocery inventory management.
