Physical Therapist Float 5000 Bonus

JoinPro Rehab,an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business & Triniti Home Health & Hospice! We are looking for aFull-Time, Float Physical Therapistto travel to our sites in the North region of MN! We offer a competitive wage, benefits,mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile)& up to a$5,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

This Full-Time position working 3 days per week, 8 hours a day because we factor in drive time and documentation. Hours and Days are Flexible!

Pay Range:$45 - $65 / hour depending on experience

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Develop “Start of Care Visits” and “Initial Evaluations” by evaluating patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed
  
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
