Milaca Elim Meadows, a 5-star, 70-bed facility with a 12-bed Rehab Unit, is hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to join our team! In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $2,000 Bonus!

Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts: Evenings (3pm to 11:30pm) or Nights (NOC) (11pm to 7:30am)
Pay Range: $20.83 - $23.96 / hour depending on experience
Evening Shift Differential: $3 / hour
Night Shift Differential: $4 / hour
Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview.
What does a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) do?
- Prepare and administer medications.
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Review and follow a written care plan.
- Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure on new computerized software.
- Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls, feeding and helping residents to the bathroom.
- Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Must hold current TMA certification in Minnesota.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Must be able to stand for length of 8-hour shift.
- Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.
