CCC provides services across the state of North Dakota including in Fargo, Bismarck, and Dickinson.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, respond to, and quote all new clients efficiently and accurately.
- Increase revenue by connecting with old clients, new clients, and upselling current clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM software.
- Support outside sales efforts by coordinating schedules and preparing necessary materials.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about our products, services, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge in CRM software and Google Applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in direct sales or account management is a plus but not required.
