Role overview

As a BDR Manager at CAST AI, you are a strategic and results-driven sales leader with experience in building, scaling, and optimizing outbound sales teams within Cloud SaaS industries. As CAST AI continues its rapid growth, we are looking for a dynamic leader to develop and mentor a high-performing BDR team that will identify, engage, and qualify potential opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading and coaching a team of BDRs to drive pipeline growth
  • Developing and optimizing outbound sales strategies
  • Implementing and refining qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality leads
  • Monitoring performance metrics and continuously improving outreach efficiency
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance lead generation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading BDR or SDR teams , with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals
  • 5 years of experience in sales development , with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of MEDDIC methodology and its application in pipeline qualification
  • Ability to identify key contacts, craft compelling outreach, and drive engagement
  • Deep passion for outbound prospecting and sales process optimization
  • Experience in Kubernetes, cloud sales, or DevOps is a strong plus
