ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the Receptionist, Order Entry and Administrative Manager with activities related to the sales department as well as management from time to time.
- Create reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results and team earnings.
- Maintain corporate LinkedIn account.
- Daily monitor and reporting of the company Portal.
- Provides customer service regarding products and services.
- Exercise frequent independent judgment within agreed-upon limits.
- Composes memos, transcribes notes and generates reports.
- Able to handle multiple projects.
- Handles all aspects of the phone system.
- Order and maintain marketing supplies.
