Job Summary
Castalia Systems is seeking a Defense Coordinating Office/Element (DCO/E) Planner to USARPAC. The successful candidate will have Three (3) years of Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) exercise planning experience. This position is onsite at Ft. Shafter, HI and requires an active Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) exercise planning experience to include: coordinating and collaborating with county, state, federal, and DOD stakeholders in response to a state emergency for civil support or planned, prepared, and executed a stand-alone governmental civil support agency coordinated exercise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in the development of training scenarios, MSELs, Welcome Packets, Hotwash and After Action Review conduct, and Situation Manual development that will help improve mission readiness at the individual, collective, and leadership levels.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Normal office environment.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $104,000.00 to $116,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems total compensation package for employees.
