Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, being the game master for laser tag and ninja courses, creating stiff play pals for guests, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and knowledge of cash register operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and assist while they are shopping
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
- Collect payments by cash and credit card
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers
- Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to help customers with their selections.
- Game Master for Laser Tag and Ninja Course

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
