Order Input Specialist / Customer Service Representative
Castellano Custom Furniture, Inc is an upholstered furniture manufacturer in Portland, OR. We are a small, family-owned, business since 1983. We are looking for an Order Input Specialist and a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include –
- Receive and review customer orders: Enter orders into our system. We are currently using Quickbooks. Review orders for accuracy and generate the proper paperwork for production
- Receive and manage change orders
- Resolve order issues and provide customer support
- Work with production and operations teams regarding order specifications and shipping lead times
- Work closely with our Customer Service Department to ensure all customer requirements are satisfied
- Conduct oneself with the highest level of integrity, positively representing the company and employees in a trustworthy, and sincere manner
Qualifications -
- Previous experience in order entry and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly in both written and verbal exchanges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
