Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Wine Knowledge: Learn and share details about our wines with customers to enhance their tasting experience.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and relaxed during their visit.
• Tasting Room Duties:
• Ensure the tasting room is clean and organized at the beginning and end of every shift, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Handle credit card & cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Adhere to the responsible alcohol server program and safety policies.
• Assist with other tasting room-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be passionate about wine and willing to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 - 40 lbs.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
