We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tasting Room Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing timely and efficient service. This role requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Wine Knowledge: Learn and share details about our wines with customers to enhance their tasting experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and relaxed during their visit.
- Tasting Room Duties:
- Ensure the tasting room is clean and organized at the beginning and end of every shift, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle credit card & cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Adhere to the responsible alcohol server program policies and safety
- Assist with other tasting room-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be passionate about wine and willing to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 - 40 lbs.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
