Responsibilities
* Project a professional company image through in-person interactions
* Greet visitors warmly and professionally
* Manage tour and wine tasting ticket sales
* Answer phones and take tour reservations via phone and in person
* Operate cash register and POS system
* Make change and balance tills accurately
* Provide excellent customer service skills
* Maintain timely transaction sessions
* Accurately enter customer information for shipping orders and tour reservations
* Stock wine and gift items as needed
* Recommend food and entertainment venues to customers around the Napa Valley
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
* Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division
* Computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (a case of wine)
* Wine knowledge preferred but not required

The employee will be frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, varying degrees of heat and cold, and moderate to loud noise levels.
