What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Castle Hill Resort Spa?
The Bookkeeper for our organization will be responsible for contributing to the success of our company. The successful candidate for this position will have prior experience with basic office management, an interest in learning more about the office and administrative side of business, and a dedication to working with and building relationships with our executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen phone calls, maintain contact lists, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks., such as posting receipts and payments to ledgers, account reconciliations and balances, etc.
- Answer billing questions.
- Payroll
- Find accounting solutions for clients.
- Help clients set up credit card services.
- Pay creditors., using checkbook verifications or online payment services.
- Collect outstanding payments and maintain records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
