Key Responsibilities
- Manage the schedule – Efficiently coordinate patient appointments to maximize productivity.
- Guide patients through treatment plans – Present treatment options, cost estimates, and payment plans clearly.
- Be the go-to patient contact – Answer calls, address concerns, and follow up on treatment recommendations.
- Manage payments and accounts – Process payments and ensure accounts are up to date before treatment begins.
- Coordinate with insurance and billing teams – Assist with insurance verification and approvals.
- Support office operations – Handle administrative tasks to help the practice run smoothly.
