We’re looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. PT or Weekends only availability
For Our Practice
- Our growing dental practice is seeking a weekends only or part time Treatment Coordinator with dental assisting experience, to join our AMAZING team!
- We are looking for looking for someone who exhibits strong personal and communication skills, and is outgoing and warm with at least 2 years of dental experience.This role will include treatment coordination for our patients as well as assisting the doctor and other team members.
- Treatment Coordinator responsibilities will include arranging financial agreements, scheduling treatment, and preparing paperwork needed for successful and legal tracking of treatment and finances.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for daily financial outcomes related to scheduling and collections on new treatment.
What Does Success Look Like In 3 Months
- You’ve fostered outstanding relationships with the Peak Dental team. They look to you as a mentor and you make our patients feel happy to proceed with their dental treatment, it never feels like you are "selling treatment."
- The patient experience is at an all time high. You’ve navigated some difficult situations, but did everything you could to make sure the customer left satisfied. Our We’ve had only 5 star google reviews for the last month.
- Skills/Previous Experience
- Prior TP experience required 2 years or more and Dental assisting experience.
- Versed in Open Dental or other similar platforms.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability and willingness to multi-task, delegate, and hold others accountable.
- Computer literacy and typing proficiency (preferred proficiency in the operation of Open Dental software)
- Must be available to work some Saturdays.
- Experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.
- Extensive knowledge of dental insurance and billing.
