Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Overview:
The Transportation Associate provides transportation to and from Castle Pines Golf Club to various locations at the request of Members and their guests. Frequently traveled to locations include Denver International Airport, Centennial Airport, and Member’s homes. This role has a flexible schedule that ranges from early morning hours to late evening hours. The Transportation Associate position is a Seasonal position, our season runs May through October.
Position Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to and from locations based upon the schedule for the shift.
- Remain up to date on flight details for all assigned private and commercial flights.
- Assist with Member needs upon their arrival including help with keys, golf clubs, golf shoes, and luggage.
- Ensure Member luggage tags are prepared and applied to Member items upon arrival.
- Deliver and pick up luggage from Cottages and stage luggage in Cottages upon request.
- To be aware of both incoming and outgoing luggage each day, delivering and picking up luggage from the cottages as needed.
- Enter in daily charges and transportation details.
- Clean and wash Club vehicles as needed.

Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with the ability to operate all vehicles safely.
- Experience in high-end customer service and/or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Ability to move luggage weighing up to 50 lbs. in and out of vehicles.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
