Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Strong managerial, analytical, mathematical reasoning skills, with great personnel management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Professional, and motivational leadership skills to supervise a team of 5.
- Ability to think creatively to solve customer and employee issues, good common sense, reasoning, and judgment.
- Able to work with various departments (operations, sales, marketing, ecommerce, revenue, accounting, etc.)
- Understanding personnel dynamics to run an office environment and knowledge of Hawaii tourism.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
- Computer and systems savvy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; pivot table knowledge a plus.
Salary : $42,100 - $53,400
