OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and seeking new relationships to secure key bookings. In this position, you will be a pro-active manager with an emphasis on new business development. To stay ahead of the curve, you will research market trends, competition and customers. You will strive to achieve personal and team related revenue goals; ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery; and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with policies and procedures for the safe and effective operation of the hotel’s facilities.
