Overview
As a Clinical Screening Specialist for CastleBranch, you will review documents such as immunization records, drug test results, and certifications to ensure compliance with guidelines. Your goal is to provide our customers with feedback for their submissions. Success in this role will meet and exceed goals, while reviewing submissions efficiently, resulting in overall customer satisfaction.
Hours of Operation: 5 days a week, Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-8:00PM EST

- Paid Training and Development: $11.00/hr
- Tier 1: $12.00/hr
- Tier 2: $13.00/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Clinical Screening Specialist, you’ll be providing students with essential feedback, while meeting review goals and accuracy expectations.
- Review client submissions to ensure they meet all set guidelines. Perform re-reviews, and work with auditors to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with users to give feedback on submissions, and improvement.
- Build effective business relationships, internally and externally: keeping a positive attitude.
- Continuously Grow and learn to develop an expert working knowledge of all products, services, internal systems, assigned accounts, new opportunities, and competitors.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
- Other similar and/or related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least six months to one year in a similar role in a data entry environment with comparable goals/responsibilities
- Typing speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate should score at least 40 words per minute
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail

- Comfortable efficiently navigating around a desktop computer and multiple systems simultaneously
