We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plumbing Logistics Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination of sold jobs, maintaining efficient communication across the business, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator, and can manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Job Coordination and Scheduling :
- Schedule and facilitate job completion to ensure timely service delivery.
- Dispatch installers by matching the right installer to the right job, leveraging knowledge of their strengths and areas for development.
- Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule sold jobs in Service Titan promptly.
- Review calls to confirm necessary pictures, install checklists, scope summaries, and install videos are uploaded before scheduling. Follow up with technicians as needed.
- Regularly check in with lead installers to track job progress and estimated completion times.
