We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an HVAC Parts Runner / Entry-Level Installer. This is an excellent growth opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our installation teams by delivering parts, tools, and equipment to job sites, assisting with basic installation tasks, and learning the trade. This position is designed as a steppingstone into a full HVAC Installer role with hands-on training and development provided.
Growth Path
This is an entry-level role designed to develop into a full HVAC Installer position. Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement within the company based on performance, skill development, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
· Deliver HVAC parts, tools, and equipment to various job sites in a timely and organized manner.
· Assist installers with basic tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
· Learn HVAC installation techniques, tools, and safety procedures on the job.
· Maintain inventory of parts and supplies in company vehicles and warehouses.
· Ensure all deliveries are accurate and meet the required specifications.
· Support the installation team with ductwork, equipment setup, and basic wiring under supervision.
· Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, pursuant to company policy
· Strong work ethic and a desire to learn the HVAC trade.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
· Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.
· Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
· Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
· Previous experience in HVAC environment is a plus
