EQUIPMENT DETAILER
DUTIES:
- Clean and completely detail new equipment for retail.
- Wash and wax exterior
- Clean and armor all interior
- Clean all glass
- Touch up paint as needed
- Clean and touch up new equipment before delivery to customers
- Wash and wax exterior
- Clean and armor all interior
- Clean all glass
- Perform complete in-depth cleaning of used equipment for resale
- Using compressed air-blow off exterior of machine
- Using pressure washer-completely clean all exterior areas of machine
- Requires climbing on combines to clean from top to bottom
- Work with sales department to keep equipment in lot arranged in an orderly manner
- Clean company vehicles-when requested
- Wash customer machines before being released back to them from service repairs
- Perform equipment cleaning at other stores as needed and requested
- Landscaping of store grounds
- All other additional duties assigned by Service Manager/Service Writer
REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid Indiana drivers license
- Must be able to operate large farm equipment
- Be able to climb up and down equipment
- Be able to operate a pickup truck w/trailer for lawn & garden deliveries
- Be on time each and every day
This position requires working around different crop dusts and requires the use of a pressure washer to clean the exterior of farm equipment.
HOURS:
Monday – Friday 7:00 to 5:00
Saturday 7:00 to 12:00
Two 15 minute breaks
One hour lunch
