PositionOverview :

We are seeking an LPN or RN who embodies the spirit of a careercaregiver-someone who goes above and beyond to ensure every child receives thehighest level of care. In this role, you will work closely with our Pediatricteam to deliver individualized and family-centered care for children of allages, from newborns to adolescents.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Deliver compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to participate in their child's care journey.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adapting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Advocate for patients' needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
