What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Operations Technician position at Castro Valley Unified School District?
The job of Computer Operations Technician is done for the purpose/s of installing, upgrading, and configuring workstations within the district; providing support for site computers and related equipment; resolving software and hardware problems; and providing recommendations for software, hardware, and peripheral purchases.

Equivalency: Completion of at least one year of approved college/university level coursework in computer and network operations. Associate Degree is preferred. Two years of computer-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility in technical repair, troubleshooting, software installations, and problem-solving may be substituted for education.
Salary : $5,129 - $6,234
