The Partner Development Coordinator creates memorable experiences by engaging directly with our current wholesale partners and wholesale leads in a way that inspires connection to our coffee, brand, & team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years experience working in Sales, Administrative work, or Specialty Coffee
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Outgoing: Takes interest in developing new relationships, seeks engagement opportunities and is not drained by lots of social activity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you know how to write a professional email and are comfortable talking on the phone with someone you have never met
- Proficient on the Microsoft/Google Office Suite - Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Passionate about coffee and communicating with our partners about it
- You enjoy working as part of a team, driving towards a common purpose and goal, but can operate independently to deliver on the goals of the team
- Systems oriented: You are always looking for ways to improve our systems and better serve our partners
- You are adaptable and can creatively solve problems on the fly
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively Engage in Cat & Cloud Mission. – “how can I create a memorable experience for someone today?”
- Owning the wholesale@catandcloud.com email inbox
- Managing the lead pipeline from A-Z using Hubspot CRM
- Proactive in outreach/followup with leads and existing partners to gain new business, and retain existing relationships
- Actively seeks opportunities to grow the partner program reach
- Prompt responses that seek solutions day-to-day in partner and lead services
- Creating equipment quotes, placing equipment orders, and familiarizing yourself with all equipment options to make the best recommendations for our partners; Develop strong working relationships with our reps
- Communicating coffee launch information with partners so that they have all the info they need to create their menu and serve awesome coffee; coordinate sending samples to partners with roastery team
- Organize & Deliver Engagement and/or relationship development visits that pursue opportunity to showcase our culture & coffee with existing or potential partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and the people behind their businesses
- Proactively communicate order mistakes and issues with the Roastery team to ensure we are always actively pursuing better
- Actively participate in cuppings to maintain comprehensive knowledge of our entire coffee menu and make the best recommendations for our partners
- Deliver barista/coffee trainings to Wholesale Partners
REPORTS TO: Wholesale Team Leader
PAY RANGE: $21.50 / hr - $26.50 / hr Bonuses
HOURS: 40 hours/week Monday - Friday (Some Flexibility for Travel)
Location: In Person in Santa Cruz, CA (719 Swift Street)
START DATE: January 20th (Can be Flexible)
Salary : $22 - $27
