Participate in and oversee installation and implementation

- System and component installationCustomer telephone adds, deletes, moves, and changes
- Customer feature adds, deletes, and changes
- Customer voicemail adds, deletes, and changes
- Customer ACD adds, deletes, and changes
- Design and implementation of contact center call flows
- Customer GNAV adds, deletes, and changes
- Review MA4000 alarms daily and take appropriate action
- Equipment testing and troubleshootingSystem operational knowledge and user training
- Support call resolution
- Document customer telephony network infrastructure in Wirepath
- Managing user requests and incident management workflow in ServiceNow
- Provide periodic system backups and preventive maintenance

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.22 - $27.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
