Job Description
The Director, Continuous Improvement - Biologics will lead the execution of the CI/TCW vision for the Biologics network guided by the Bio Operating norms. Key responsibilities include building the CI/TCW roadmap, identifying and monitoring Key Performance Indicators, deploying new tools and processes, delivering CI-specific training, and supporting culture change initiatives.
- Develop and manage the execution of the CI/TCW Excellence roadmap.
- Ensure all sites are at basic level of maturity on Strategy Deployment, Performance management, Problem solving, 5S, Leader standard work, Operator standard work, and Gemba.
- Coach and train the Biologics Executive Leadership Team on Lean to create common language and goal alignment on CI maturity.
- Conduct Lean and Six Sigma Belt programs across sites and ensure all sites have a strong program of yellow belt LSS.
