This is a full-time salaried position: Monday – Friday, 1st shift; Morrisville, NC
The Continuous Improvement Analyst role is dedicated to driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This individual is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies and projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of the company. The Continuous Improvement Analyst will work closely with all levels of management and staff to promote and develop a mindset of ongoing improvement and innovation.
The Morrisville, NC facility is Catalent’s Center-of-Excellence for Inhalation and Analytical Services with support for an extensive range of small and large molecule analytical projects. Our team at MSV routinely handles both stand-alone and integrated analytical projects.

The Role:
Support execution of the IT Continuous Improvement roadmap and positively impact the functions overall efficiency and performance
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar approaches to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable plans
Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions
Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of continuous improvement initiatives, including the impact on performance metrics and ROI
Train and mentor others in continuous improvement principles and tools, fostering a culture of learning and development
Enhance and maintain a continuous improvement framework, including processes, tools, and metrics, to support sustainable improvements
Stay informed of industry trends, tools, and best practices in continuous improvement
15% annual travel expectations (global)
Other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field, required
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, preferred
Proven experience in process improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
