The Role

As a Procurement Intern, you will evaluate supplier performance, prepare reports and presentations, and participate in cross-functional projects to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency. You will also assist the procurement team in developing procurement procedures, support sourcing initiatives, analyze procurement data, and identify cost-saving opportunities. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement, contributing to the organization's success and developing your professional skills.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize the supply base and drive value
• Support the preparation and execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and
Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate supplier performance and
develop improvement plans
• Support supplier relationship management activities to enhance collaboration and innovation
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process
improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency
• Assist in the implementation of best practices and procurement policies to ensure compliance and consistency

The Candidate

In order to be eligible for the Procurement Internship position at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a College or University

• Eligible to legally work in the United States

• Must be able to work full-time (40 Hours/Weekly) for a 10-12 week period
