MATERIAL HANDLER 2ND SHIFT– LEBANON, INDIANA

The Material Handler supports 2nd shift operations at our Lebanon facility by managing inbound and outbound materials and assisting with production activities. This role ensures efficient material flow and contributes to overall operational effectiveness.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting our 2nd shift operations by managing both inbound and outbound material flow. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials, components, and finished goods in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to logistics support, the Material Handler will assist with production-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process during the 2nd shift at our Lebanon facility. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all tasks associated with customer sales orders.
- Adhere to FIFO in the warehouse for finished goods and raw materials.
- Assist in the covering of production with raw materials needed for making products, and the put away of finished goods from production to the warehouse.
- Adherence to all safety rules
- Adherence to all Quality Management rules for the facility.
- Strong attention to detail
- Report all inventory discrepancies to management.
- Ensure all forklifts are on battery chargers at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and always organized.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift and stand-up reach truck.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have basic math skills and understand English.
- Must be able to use RF scanner for material movements.
- Must be able to train on the first shift (Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but it is not a requirement for the position.

PAY
- Rate: $20.50 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for night differential pay.

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Thursday, 2:15 PM to 12:30 AM.
- Management will communicate any overtime hours within 24 hours at minimum, in advance, and as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
