Responsibilities:
- Directs the teams responsible for billing, collections, cash application, and customer credits
- Oversees the hiring and development of staff to support a growing international business
- Ensures the day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable are stable and scalable
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and promptly addressing process bottlenecks
- Works in coordination with all Shared Services and Sales Support teams to ensure the development of robust processes aligned with the operating and legal requirements of international markets
- Develops key relationships across the business to ensure the accounts receivable team is working in alignment with the needs of all business units
- Leads implementation projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven ability to build teams, drive results, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proactive attitude toward improving or streamlining processes
- Ability to collaborate with various departments within the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with SalesForce and NetSuite preferred
