We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR People Analytics Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a rising junior or senior, or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and Analytics. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR/People Operations Team and Senior Leadership to collect, analyze, and interpret human resources and Talent Acquisition data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance across our multiple geographical locations, including our international office locations.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Research HR metrics. Evaluate the existing HR processes, data sources, and analytics capabilities.
- Clearly outline the goals and objectives of implementing HR Analytics within the organization.
- Gather HR-related data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to conduct in-depth analysis of HR metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support HR initiatives.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with HR team to create visualizations that effectively communicate data insights.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses against industry standards to assess the organization's HR performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align HR analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to provide insights for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance analytical skills.

Program Details:
- $21.00/hour
- Program Dates: May 27th - August 7th
- Fridays off!

The position is located in Malvern, PA.
