Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Review account reconciliations for various Balance Sheet and Income Statement General Ledger (G/L) accounts.
- Perform analysis and accounting entries for various close areas.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and controls and internal control controls required under Sarbanes-Oxley act and the COSO framework.
- Support treasury management, account receivables and other corporate accounting functions where necessary
- Assist with the financial statement close process including drafting disclosures for quarterly and annual SEC filings, as needed
- Assist with other tasks of the Finance and Accounting Department, as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar field
- 3 years of corporate accounting experience
- Outstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with positive attitude
- Competent in accounting principles and procedures
- Must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the (right) job done.
- Ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Great track record of working with cross-functional teams: people want to work with you again.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines with composure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA
- Experience with US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Microsoft Excel
