We are looking for a licensure-candidate therapist/counselor to join our group practice. Catalyss Counseling has a strong reputation in the community, and we have been in business for 11 years and are continually growing and expanding. Candidates should be authentic, independent, experienced, collaborative, and professional. We are searching for someone who has training and a deep interest in these specializations and the intersection of these:
- Trauma/EMDR or IFS
- Neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD)
- LGBTQ community
Job Requirements:
- Must be a licensure-candidate therapist in Colorado (LPCC or LSW)
- Experience providing individual and group counseling to adults
Required Education:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work
Required License:
- LPCC or LSW
Skills Needed:
- Solid assessment and treatment skills in working with adults
- Group facilitation skills or willingness to learn how to run groups
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration
- Optimistic attitude that can handle flexibility and change
- Organizational skills and ability to manage client records including documentation
- Comfort with electronic records and use of technology including video platforms for online therapy
- Compassion, humor, and respect for clients and colleagues
- Team player
Job Details:
- You will be hired as a W2 Employee and will be eligible for benefits once you reach full-time status including health/dental/vision for full-time employees, paid Sick Leave for all employees, and other benefits as offered.
- Full-time employees provide 20-25 clinical hours per week.
- Onboarding will take place over 2-6 months, with an expected ramp-up of caseload to 24 total hours per week, depending on demand.
- Days worked are flexible but must: Include at least one and preferably two evenings or weekend per week (3-hour blocks) for in-person sessions. Include the option of providing sessions in-person at the Catalyss office at least 2 days per week.
- Caseload is not guaranteed but will be ramped up as referrals come in.
- Compensation is based on experience and licensure status with raises conducted annually and/or upon licensure.
