Masters Building Solutions is a manufacturer's representative firm specializing in engineered solutions for sustainable design, as well as energy-efficient HVAC and building automation systems. Our goal is to provide you with all of your HVAC needs.
We have over 100 people on staff, waiting to serve your commercial needs. Collectively, we have in excess of 1,000 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and have an extensive line of HVAC Equipment and Building Automation Control Systems, from the best manufacturers in the industry. Our staff includes 4 licensed Professional Engineers (PE) and over 20 LEED Accredited Professionals to help you with your designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead generation: Researching potential customers and generating leads through cold calls and emails
- Building relationships: Developing trust with customers to close deals
- Identifying opportunities: Finding opportunities to present additional products to current customers
- Understanding customer needs: Making effective pitches to get new business
- Negotiating deals: Using verbal and written communication skills to negotiate deals
- Logging customer data: Using CRM systems to track leads and manage customer data
- Maintaining customer database: Keeping accounts and contacts in the ERP and CRM database
- Collaborating with team members: Mapping roles and responsibilities for different team members
- Following up on leads: Demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism during follow up with customer
Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
