We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in the Microsoft tech stack to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our application portfolio for the Chicago Department of Aviation. Your responsibilities will involve working on both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, etc.),
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications,
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable solutions for the Chicago Department of Aviation's application portfolio,
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality,
Collaborate with UI / UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces,
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability,
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and methodologies,
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing applications as needed.
Occasional travel to client sites may also be required to fulfill your responsibilities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience),

5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies,

Proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, etc.,

Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.),

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus,

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail,

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams,

Ability to report to our client site near O’Hare Airport
