About this role
Catalyst is seeking an Operations Lead to help scale our rapidly growing content operations and manage relationships with high-growth technology clients. You'll be instrumental in ensuring we deliver exceptional executive-led content while building scalable processes for our expanding team.
Your responsibilities
- Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of technology executives
- Manage content production workflows including daily LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces
- Work directly with our founder and leadership team to develop and implement scalable processes for content creation and delivery
- Act as the bridge between clients and our content team to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining engaging narratives
- Build and maintain performance tracking systems that measure content impact across engagement, leads, and business outcomes
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including executives, content creators, and distribution channels to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery
- Lead monthly strategy sessions with clients to align content initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee implementation of CRO tools and analytics dashboards for clients
Is this you?
- 3 years of operations, project management, or client success experience, preferably in B2B tech or high-growth startups
- Understanding of B2B technology landscapes, particularly in FinTech, AI, or Web3
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical executives and creative teams
- Track record of building and implementing scalable operational processes
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving content performance
- Proactive problem-solver who can navigate ambiguous situations
- Open to feedback and quick to implement improvements
