Job Requirements:
- Independent licensure with Supervisory Endorsement (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S), required
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience
- 1 year experience as a therapist with Catalyst Counseling, LLC, preferred
- Full time contracted therapist at Catalyst Counseling, LLC
- Familiarity with Valant, proven through Audits
- Demonstrates knowledge of systems- billing, use of calendar for appointments, and template usage in notes, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Supervision of Interns
- Holding interns accountable for completing responsibilities/ monthly meeting
- Providing monthly team meetings with interns
- Providing meeting agendas and documenting meeting minutes
- Documenting consultation meetings
- Self Care of Intern
- Legal/Ethical Issues
- Administrative Issues or School Building Issues with intern
- Data Collection
- Providing monthly team meetings with interns
- Supporting and providing coaching for interns between formal meetings
- Support Interns with administrative issues/concerns with their team, schools or office based issues
- Clinical Consultation as needed/ Monthly groups
- Assistance with team problem solving
- Training and education of Interns based on strengths and areas for growth
- Organizational skills
- Communication Skills
- Motivating and supporting interns
- Assisting Clinical Director with completion and monitoring of SSEP’s and PIP’s
- Providing availability for Intern shadowing opportunities (Coordinating by Intern Coordinator)
- Holding interns accountable for completing responsibilities/ monthly meeting
