Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage office communications, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring critical documents are easily accessible.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for decision-making and meetings.
- Handle personal tasks for executives, including scheduling appointments and managing personal commitments.
- Plan and execute events, including business meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Anticipate the needs of executives, ensuring they have the resources required for effective decision-making.
