General Responsibilities by Role :
Nurses (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) : Provide and oversee medical care, administer medications, monitor residents’ health, assist with daily living activities, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Caregivers / Support Workers : Offer non-medical assistance such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, companionship, and mobility support.
Therapists (PT / OT / Speech) : Help residents regain mobility, improve communication, and adapt to daily living tasks after injury, illness, or surgery.
Facility Administrators / Manager : Oversee operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle budgets and resident relations.
Housekeepers : Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
Cooks / Kitchen Staff : Prepare meals adhering to residents’ dietary needs and preferences while maintaining food safety standards.
Front Desk and Administrative Staff : Manage appointments, handle billing, assist visitors, and provide administrative support to the team.
Maintenance Staff : Ensure the facility's infrastructure, equipment, and safety systems are maintained and functional.
Transport Drivers : Provide safe transportation for residents to medical appointments and community outings.
