General Responsibilities by Role :
Nurses (RNs LPNs CNAs) : Provide and oversee medical care administer medications monitor residents health assist with daily living activities and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Caregivers / Support Workers : Offer nonmedical assistance such as personal hygiene meal preparation companionship and mobility support.
Therapists (PT / OT / Speech) : Help residents regain mobility improve communication and adapt to daily living tasks after injury illness or surgery.
Facility Administrators / Manager : Oversee operations manage staff ensure compliance with regulations and handle budgets and resident relations.
Housekeepers : Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across resident rooms common areas and facilities.
Cooks / Kitchen Staff : Prepare meals adhering to residents dietary needs and preferences while maintaining food safety standards.
Front Desk and Administrative Staff : Manage appointments handle billing assist visitors and provide administrative support to the team.
