They will also have experience with aseptic manufacturing and fill/finish processes.
Leadership Experience:
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results. They will be able to develop and implement strategies for process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. They will also be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
