- Work with the sales & Client Support Trainee team to facilitate the full sales delivery process through direct face-to-face interactions
- Educate consumers on the benefits and pros of our client's products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by fostering long-term relationships
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in analyzing new trends in consumer habits and general market shifts to maximize sales opportunities
- Track and report on individual and team performance to meet and exceed business standards
