Position Title: QC Incoming Supervisor

We are seeking a Quality Control Incoming Supervisor to oversee the inspection and quality control of incoming materials, components, and products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all items meet quality standards and specifications before they are used in the manufacturing process.

Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming materials.
- Inspect incoming materials, components, and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding quality concerns and work towards solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control measures.
- Train and supervise quality control inspectors.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality control issues and improve processes.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
