Targeter

Catalyst is seeking Targeters for multiple open positions. Targeters are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. Targeters will research, analyze, and brief network analysis techniques and specialized tools used to identify key threats to the U.S. They must be able to identify gaps in information and take pro-active steps to address those gaps. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after assessment

Required Skills:

• Must have an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph to be considered
• At least 3 years of experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Developed expertise on a particular geographic region or transnational target
• Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meet or exceed established analytical standards
• Demonstrated skills with communication, networking, and problem solving
• Familiarity with cable writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools
• Senior and Expert positions respond to changes in analytical priorities and review work outputs of Junior and Mid-Level personnel. May supervise lower-level analysts
