We are partnering with an investment bank headquartered in New York, who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their lean HR team and support their Recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure the best candidate experience.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including travel arrangements, event materials, and scheduling.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and social media content to promote campus recruitment initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
