Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join its Learning & Development team. In this role the focus will be on creating learning programs to enhance professional skills across the business.
You would be joining an industry-leading and innovative L&D team who focus on creating customized learning programs to help all of their exceptional talent thrive in their careers.
This unique role would involve working alongside senior members of the business to figure out how 'best in class' looks for them across a range of skills used daily in the firm. From here you would be tasked with rolling out appropriate training sessions to ensure all members of the business are being upskilled appropriately in line with business strategy, and tracking the impact of these sessions for future iterations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working alongside senior stakeholders.
- Ability to research and synthesize best in class professional skills training and create an appropriate educational program for the business.
- Prior experience in Learning Design within a fast-paced and rigorous business.
The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000, depending on experience.
